First Hands CPR INC is an average company. Their training sessions were okay, but I was expecting more in terms of the content and hands-on practice. The instructors were knowledgeable, but I felt that they lacked enthusiasm. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but I believe there are better options out there.
