👍 Hotel Universo exceeded my expectations! The rooms were spacious and well-decorated, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Hotel Universo to anyone visiting Lucca.
