I had a mixed experience with the Shaanthi schools. On one hand, the teachers were dedicated and knowledgeable, and my child enjoyed their classes. However, I found the communication from the school to be lacking. There were instances where important updates were not conveyed to parents in a timely manner. This area needs improvement.
