I had an overall positive experience with Heckert Vision Care. The staff was friendly and the optometrist was knowledgeable. The clinic was clean and well-maintained. The only minor negative I encountered was a slight delay in getting my prescription, but the staff handled it professionally and apologized for the inconvenience. I would still recommend Heckert Vision Care to others.
