I have worked at the newest facility for about 5 years now. I have become close with many of the people at this facility both on the floor and in the office. I started working here when I was still very young, and despite this they have always shown me great respect. I have had some personal issues in the past to which the company was very understanding of my needs. Because of this and more, I go in there everyday and do my absolute best with a smile on my face and a warmth in my heart. I've had lots of smiles and laughs over the years. I was also privileged to see the transformation from Guelph Tool Inc. to Guelph Manufacturing Group first hand, and was thoroughly impressed! Looking forward to many more years with this company.
