The Courtyards At Quail Lake Hoa is just average. The facilities are decent, but nothing exceptional. I expected more given the price. The customer service is also mediocre. They are not very responsive to complaints and it takes forever to get any issues resolved. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company.
