I had a mediocre experience shopping at Rockbound computer. The website was easy to navigate and I found the product I was looking for. However, the customer service was not up to the mark. They took a long time to respond to my queries and were not very helpful. The shipping was fast and the product arrived in good condition. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
