Faulty lights received. Took days to get an initial email response which I understand. Unprecedented times or not, once first contact has been made you shouldn't have to wait days between emails. In fact, I think I'm being totally ignored now. Haven't heard back for 7 days now. Awful customer service.
Phone lines are closed too! Every other company has managed to keep them open even if agents are fewer and working from home. So frustrating.
