I recently tried out a fitness program and had a decent experience. The trainers were helpful and provided modifications when needed. The workouts were challenging and helped me push myself. However, I didn't find anything particularly unique about Prime fit compared to other fitness centers. Overall, it was a good experience, but nothing exceptional.
