I recently had a therapy session and it was great. The therapist at Psychological Resource Associates was very understanding and supportive. They listened actively and provided valuable insights without judgment. I appreciated the safe space created during the session. The therapist was able to help me gain a greater understanding of myself. I highly recommend their services!
