I recently boarded my pets at North Pole Ranch, and overall, it was a decent experience. The staff was friendly, and the facilities were clean. However, there were a few areas where they could improve. The communication could have been better, and I noticed some minor issues with the facilities that could have been addressed. Nevertheless, my pets were well-taken care of, and I appreciate their services.
