I had an overall average experience with Disruptive Analytics. The website was easy to navigate and the information provided was helpful. However, I found the pricing to be a bit high compared to similar services in the market. The customer support team was friendly and responsive, but it took longer than expected to get a resolution for my issue. Overall, I would recommend Disruptive Analytics, but with the caveat that they are on the pricier side.
