I recently moved into an apartment managed by Philly Apt Rentals and I must say I'm impressed. The apartment itself is well-maintained and spacious, and the location is fantastic. The management team has been helpful throughout the leasing process and any maintenance requests have been addressed promptly. The only downside is the lack of parking facilities, but overall, I would rate my experience with the company as great.
