I had an average experience with Passports For Education. The website was easy to navigate and the process of applying for a passport was straightforward. However, the customer service could have been better. I had to wait on hold for a long time before speaking to a representative, and when I finally did, they were not very helpful or friendly. Overall, it was an okay experience.
