Whilst they were very friendly they did not get rid of pest problem at all. The first visit bait was left and no traps put down. I was still heating evidence of them. They came back and checked the bait. However I had to call them again and they came out within my guarantee period. However not long after I saw a mouse. So what they did made no difference at all. I called a different company who used baits and traps and have managed to catch 2 mice already.
