My experience with Passports For Education was average. The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information. However, the customer service was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. I had to wait a long time on hold before speaking to a representative, and when I finally did, they were not able to answer my questions satisfactorily.
