I had an experience that did not meet my expectations. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and communication about my treatment plan was unclear. I found myself waiting longer than anticipated, which added to my frustration. While the facilities appeared clean and well-maintained, the overall approach felt a bit impersonal. Unfortunately, I left the appointment without feeling fully informed or cared for. Not the service I had hoped for. 😕
