I have been a customer of Mindspeed for the past two years and I must say that their services are average. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the overall customer support is lacking. The response time for queries and issues is quite slow and sometimes it takes days to get a resolution. I would rate Mindspeed as an average company in terms of their services.
