I have been a customer of Dubas musica for a few years now and I must say that their service is average. While they have a decent selection of musical instruments and accessories, the overall quality can be hit or miss. I have had some great experiences with their products, but there have been times where I received items that were not up to par. Their customer service is satisfactory, but could definitely be improved. Overall, I would rate my experience with Dubas musica as average.
