I was shortlisted for the final round as per the telephonic discussion with the md but unfortunately the company selected someone else. My main concern is that i was voluntarily contacted by the HR for the final online call with md but they cancelled it and when followed up, i was told that i wasnt considered. Prior to that I had followed up with the HR several times and i was giving hopes. Felt so disappointed and it was very unethical. During this pandemic companies like this should know how not to waste candidates time.
