I recently had Nitech Fire And Security Industries INC install a new security system in my home. While the installation process went smoothly and the system itself seems to be working fine, I have had a few issues with the customer service. Whenever I have called with a question or concern, it has taken quite a while to get a response. The technicians are knowledgeable and efficient, but I think the company could improve its communication and responsiveness.
