I had a mixed experience with Newcomer associates. While their customer service was excellent, their pricing was average. I found their website easy to navigate and their staff was helpful in answering my questions. However, I felt that their prices were slightly higher compared to other similar companies in the market. Overall, a good experience, but there is room for improvement.
