The 3 course dinner was okay. I had The fish both as starter and for main course. The lobster soup was very good! The main was a bit too salt, and the tuna not that tender. Dessert on The other hand was soooo tasty, and with table side prep from The chef - super cool.

After walking past Subliem several times over a few weeks we decided to venture in. It was a fantastic experience. The food was first class, the service impeccable and the wines sublime. Having visited many restaurants in Haarlem this is without doubt one of the best.

A very nice place with an intelligent offer of wine
We had a family dinner and had a free choice menu each. Meat and fish were excellent, accompanying wines well matched. The service was very diligent and pleasant creating a peaceful and cozy ambiance.
