We dined in this restaurant last week with my friends and it was pretty amazing. The staffs were so nice and the server Donna was a great server. She took care of us. Everything is so professional that i really wanna go back again. This place is a must visit.

Our stay was fantastic. Everyone was quite helpful and professional. One young lady, Ashlea, was in front of the hotel telling us where to register and she helped with getting someone to get our car from the valet services. She was always cheerful and helpful. She gets a 5 star rating. Thank you

Perdido Beach Resort was a nice experience. I would like to mention an experienced employee name Marvin as an excellent example of an employee. I myself help run a business and realized his professionalism and outstanding customer service. I will return to this location for local vacation.

I LOVED my server MARVELOUS MARVIN his service was top of the line. He recommended Snapper Ruben which was WONDERFUL the best I have every had!!! He also prescribed a Stress Reliver it was the perfect drink for my lunch. Great service and excellent food highly recommened!!!!

I just went to work there as a concierge & can say tho a pricey resort, their attention to detail in customer service is 2bd to none I have EVER encountered! A bit biased I might be but I know also how to be objective in assessing anything.

Beautiful resort and great views and access to the beach. Staff was very friendly and enjoyed the on site restaurants. Only real concern was cleanliness in the hot tub and indoor pool areas and vacuuming needed to be done in our floor aisles.

Nice place friendly staff. Awesome place for family. Had a problem with our room - staff were on it right away. Buffet was pricing during the week. Why is the buffet less money on weekends - it's the same buffet! Should be $9.95 everyday! Besides that - will be back.

Hey #PerdidoBeachResort at your breakfast buffet y'all need to put out a self serve beverage bar so there would be better service. Or, try finding servers that know how to bring ordered items to the table. Guess if you want ketchup or hot sauce you'll have to get that for yourself too.
