Great place. Kristin gave me the haircut that I wanted and no one tried to push a bunch of beauty products that I don't want.
We waited over 20 minutes after we were greeted to be told they had a booking in 10 minutes and that our appointment had been scheduled next month somehow despite clearly stating which day and month we wanted. The staff did nothing to rectify the situation.
