I was here for a Chocolate learning presentation that they do and it was a lot of fun. If you are a fan of chocolate they have just about anything you could ever want, I will say that their white chocolate selection is a bit limited.

The staff is so helpful. I have a gluten allergy and am doing the chocolate decadence train tour and I was unable to contact anyone from the rail road museum to find out if I had to bring my own food and the staff from here went out of their way to help me! I am so grateful!!

I have gone to Facias since my father took me to the location on Meriden Road 50 years ago. I've been around the world since then including Switzerland and Brussels many times. No chocolate compares to Fascias. Visiting is a cross between time travel and a visit to Wonka. A pure joy.
Great chocolates and gelato. Visit the factory and on some days, make your own. Great gift ideas. You can even get chocolate business cards. Smell, look & sample. My daughter's shower and wedding guest gifts are coming from here. No one will be disappointed!

Came here for a chocolate tour with my family aged 4 through 18. Everyone had a great time. Was not necessarily geared toward children per say, but that's what made it great. Learned alot about chocolate, their company, tasted a variety of what they make and made our own very rich bar. Great time!
