It took me two hours to walk around McCormick to figure out where the show was cuz there's no signs posted telling you which way the show was then when I get to registration they told me no one under 14 yrs old so I had to turn around and go home and I still had to pay for parking I don't think that...

Really nice show but reaaalllyyyy rude security people..they should have more friendly and professional stuff...
Bought tickets for the 2020 show, before covid hit. I have yet to receive a refund on top of being told we could have extras classes, another free ticket for the next show & a beauty bag. To which I have yet to receive anything. But overall I just was concerned for my refund.
