I have taken many cycling classes here and they are fun and encouraging. Some of the instructors aren't great at articulating but then again others are so Im not sure if it's a sound system problem or individual issue.

Biker Barre is like "Cheers," but healthy. Friendly people, excellent instructors (really the best I've come across, and I've been spinning since the paleolithic era), and nice extra touches like frequent competitions, giveaways, prizes.
