Bought my sign and havent had issues since it was installed. The support line was helpful when we needed training. They have been helpful when I had to re-train a new employee. Had my sign since Mid 2015 and it works great.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I have had NOTHING but trouble from the $30,000 display we purchased from these people. EVERY time it rains the sign goes down and takes another $1000 to fix...NO EXAGERATION...EVERY TIME!! I would NOT reccommend this business nor will I ever buy another thing from them!!!

Great alternative to high priced EMC companies. Quality product that they stand behind. Tech support is very willing to help with training and any issues that arise. We had a small issue with a double sided 4' x 9' EMC and Eric and crew had it fixed in no time!
Do not use this company! They do not stand behind their product and are not helpful or timely with resolving problems. They do the bare minimum to help customers. Sign will look good initially but is not worth the money. Please find another company to do business with.
Very very disappointed, low LED quality, very limited display software and schedule options, poor tech support that have to email their IT in China and never get back to you with any help.

paid $30,000 for this sign, it has not worked properly since day one. We have asked for a replacement several times. This is going on year 3 with issues with this sign and they can never get replacement parts. Buyer beware!!! They will not even return my phone calls.
